Do I need to claim compensation from my co worker or employer for an accident at work?

Another employee hit me with a fork lift truck knocked me down, he ran into my leg and broke my leg bone, severe bruised muscle.
Called an ambulance and been to A&E and while in hospital I had an xray where they told me my leg was broke.

I am going to need to take a lot of time off work can I claim for loss of earnings?

Who will I have to claim against my employer or co worker?

Thank you for your enquiry.

I am pleased to advise that based on the circumstances you have described, it is our opinion that you are entitled to make a claim for compensation which would include a claim for loss of earnings. We will be able to claim back the time you have been off work as a direct result of your injury.

The claim would be made against your employer on the basis that they are vicariously liable for the actions of their employee.

The claims process is simple, please contact us on 0800 073 8804 and we can explain the process in detail
