I was knocked off my bicycle by a man in a van, I was knocked unconcious and i was taken to hospital, i was taken for an x-ray and this confirmed I had fractured my elbow,
I will be off work for a minimum of 8 weeks, Am I eligible to make a personal injury claim for the injuries I have suffered.

This is something you would be able to make a claim for the injuries you have suffered, You would just need the details of the vehicle that knocked you off your bike.
