A few months ago my mum had a accident at work she slipped and broke her leg and I have ben told she can make a claim.
I am wondering is she can claim some money from the third party, her employer for an unsafe workspace and personal injuries.
The floor was slippery and she fell down the stairs, there was like a metal on the steps that made the surface dangerous and slippery at her work place in a block of offices.
There should have been CCTV cameras that caught the incident on video and also i don't know if it was reported on the accident book and I don't know how to do it or check if its recorded.
She was then to the hospital in an ambulance and the doctor was made aware of the circumstances of the accident that caused the injuries and said he had made a full medical report.
She has severely broken her leg and will be unable to work for months, how much compensation could she be entitled to for damages and loss of earnings?
Could I get a no win no fee solicitor to take her case?
any free legal advice would be very helpful
