I just want to know how much my claim 's worth, I had road traffic accident in my car versus a high gravity vehicle.

I was driving home near a building site where workers have had a few complaints about health and safety on the roads in the area, as I made my way through a green light, driving safely across the road, a Hgv coming in for a side, made contact with my car and spun me round as well as t boning me. They have accepted liability. The vehicle was going way too fast and the speed was 50mph.
I dont really want to get them fired, laid off or to loose their licence, but my car has been writ off from extensive damage and I have some severe personal injuries, lower back and middle shoulder blade pain, neck pain, Right hand broken, fractured wrist and also at the time agonising shoulder pain that drove me crazy.
Can I make a claim without suing the operator or and how much compensation would I be entitled to for multiple injuries like this because of careless driving?
