I was ran over and suffered a broken leg, do you take your fees out of my claim for compensation or from the driver?

I was run over in a pedestrian accident, the other driver has admitted he is at fault and I had to be taken to hospital with a broken leg, how much compensation can I claim for a broken leg in a pedestrian road accident?
If I make a claim for my injuries would I have to pay the fees out of my compensation or would the driver who caused the accident pay the fees for me?
