We were on a package holiday to Orlando, Florida in America about 6 months ago we booked everything through a holidays company and while in the hotel I slipped on a wet floor that had been cleaned but the cleaners had left to warning signs, I fell and hurt my knee and was limping in pain for the entire holiday, Can I still claim for an accident on holiday? How long do I have to make a claim for an accident on holiday in the USA?
