Hi I had a accident while i was in a red traffic light and got hit from behind at speed, the accident was not my fault and I was badly hurt.
I got the drivers name, registration plate number and he admitted liability for the crash.
I have a pain in my wrist leading all the way up my arm to the back and a tingling feeling under my neck line
and also have noticed headaches coming on and finding it very hard to sleep on right side at night.
I had brain surgery a few years ago and since the jolt i have started to bad pain just below my neckline and severe headache on and off the doctor is going to do more test to see if the incident has damaged my head or caused nervous damage, he said my symptoms sound like some nerve damage has been inflicted.
I am more worried about my health right now but I would like to know if I would be entitled to compensation for any damage from the accident contributed to by the brain surgery?
