I was in a pedestrian accident the other day that was not my fault and suffered severe and minor injuries, how can I claim compensation?

I got hit by a motorcycle yesterday while crossing the road, I was careful and used the zebra crossing and made sure that the traffic lights were on red with the green man to walk.

I was safely crossing the road, using the traffic lights and green cross code and motor bike did not stop, he was driving dangerously and was going too fast to slow down.

I was hit hard, a glancing blow from the side and I was knocked down to the ground and banged my head, I have a dislocated knee, sprained elbow and suffered minor head injuries, I went to hospital and was told I had a concussion.

I have the bike driver's registration number and licence and insurance details, is it possible to get compensation from the driver?
