How much compensation could I be entitled to for bullying and harassment from my employer?

I have been getting bullied, harassed, and singled out at work for the past year.

I have sent lots of emails of complaints and had lots of meetings about it but its still going on, could I claim compensation.

I have got everything wrote down on documents and emails for evidence, how much could I be entitled to for bullying and harassment?
