How much compensation can I claim for whiplash and anxiety from a car accident?

I was a passenger in a road traffic accident that was not my fault, I badly hurt my back in the accident and have whiplash and I have been very nervous and anxious about getting in a car again.
How much could I be entitled to for whiplash and anxiety?
