I bought the brow tinting from MAC, an cosmetic eyebrow product , I was using it daily and since then my eyebrows have began fall out, I would like to claim for negligence causing superficial damage and my brow is inflamed and irritatedand now have gaps.
I have been in contact with the HR manager of MAC and been offered a refund and various other products for free, I found this offer insulting as it does nothing to address the damage caused by their product.
And while I have been talking to the HR manager and she is looking for me to post them the product so they can send it to be lab tested themselves, however I am unsure if this is wise as they could easily switch products obviously to make it look like they not be liable.
This makes me think I can claim compensation for a faulty product from the MAC company.
Would a faulty cosmetic product come under medical negligence to claim compensation?
How much compensation can I claim for faulty cosmetic mac product causing superficial damage?
