I was going to the shop and while crossing the road I used the zebra crossing, I waited for the lights to change till they went green and went to cross the road but the driver of a car did not stop when the lights turned red, they ran me over and did not stop, I have suffered a broken arm and will need surgery to put the bone back together, How much compensation can I claim for a hot and run accident at a zebra crossing?
