I suffered a back injury while working in a psychiatric unit in a hospital that was not my fault, can I claim compensation?
A patient had some sort of panic attack while we were transferring him and he pulled on my arm with all his weight swinging from my shoulder and a threw out my back, I had to go see a doctor who said I have a severe pulled muscle, how much compensation could I be entitled to?
