I was in a car accident and I have been suffering from whiplash, I was hit from behind and the other driver has admitted liability and I was diagnosed with whiplash by the doctor at the hospital after going to A and E?
How much compensation could I get for whiplash?

We have to obtain what is known as a medico-legal report to support any claim for personal injury compensation.
