Hi, looking for some free legal advice about making a claim.
I was in a car crash today that was not my fault, I wasn't the driver, I was in the passenger seat and my partner was driving, he was driving safely and under the speed limit when the accident happened.
The lady behind us in the rush hour traffic went straight into the back of his car and drove off.
I was taken to hospital in an ambulance and my partner drove home after the incident, I've spent the evening in a&e and got told my doctors I have severe whip lash and only had an op 7 weeks ago on my shoulder and now having agonising pain in the area.
My partner is also complaining of a stiff aching neck and lower back pain and the doctors have said he too has whiplash.
I have also phoned the police and got an incident number and reported the collision as a crime.
How do I claim compensation for my personal injury?
Do I have to pay for anything for a solicitor to take my case or can I claim on a no win no fee basis?
