Do I need a no win/no fee solicitor to claim compensation for whiplash?

I was involved in a road traffic accident the day before yesterday, I was hit from behind, other driver was at fault and shes admitted liability.
I got the drivers details, name, insurance details, registration number etc and the insurance company has contacted me saying they will sort out car repairs.
I just wanted to know what the best way to go about this is, I want to make a personal injury claim for whiplash as I have been suffering back and neck pain and stiffness, do I need a no win/no fee solicitor to do this?
