Child accident broke nose in public park dangerous play area, can I claim compensation from council?

I was with my child in the park when he had an accident in a public place and sustained a serious personal injury, my son received an injury to his face whilst using unsuitable equipment in a children's play area, and had to have hospital treatment, I am considering making a claim against the council for negligence.

While my son was playing there was adult workout equipment in the vicinity, and my son stepped onto it but it was too big and dangerous, he couldn't hold him self up and tripped and fell and cut below his nose on the step, needing hospital treatment.

The doctors said he has broken his nose and may need plastic surgery or rhinoplasty, I am very angry and my son is hurt and traumatised.

I haven taken pictures on my phone for photographic evidence of the dangerous apparatus installed by the council.

it was not faulty or broken but it was not partitioned or separated from the children's equipment, and so children were using it as part of the play area. The playground design/layout does not conform to legal standards and there is no disclaimer or warning on entrance to the park.

I want to sue the local council for negligence in building the park and putting my child in harms way, how much money could my son be entitled to for a broken nose through public liability?

If I lose my case will I have to pay legal fees or penalties?

I need a no win no fee solicitor.

Can anyone help me
