I was in a non fault car crash, I was a passenger we were driving along the motorway and we were slowing down and a car kept on going and crashed into the back of us causing us to go into
the car In front of us, I have suffered whiplash injuries, and aso suffered a hairline fracture to my right wrist, Am I able to make a claim for the injuries I have suffered.
