Can I claim compensation for multiple work related injuries from an old employer if the they are not in business no more?
I was employed in workshop with a ceiling to low for 15 yrs, constantly knocking my head, ducking and twisting my neck and I injured my knee working under vehicle got up and broke cartilage in my knee, had injury to my knee and have weakness in my neck and shoulders.
It was an unsafe work space with very poor health and safety, here was no accident book to report any incidents in but the injuries were reported at the hospital where I had surgery on my knee and have gone through physio for my neck and I told the doctors that I suffered my injuries while working.
Can I still make a claim if my boss has sold the business?
I feel I should be entitled to claim compensation for long term injuries because of professional negligence from my old boss, how much money could I receive in a payout for a case like this?
Can I get a no win no fee solicitor to sue the business for my damages?
