I am a bus driver and I was assaulted by a customer, or passenger trying to board the bus.
I was just getting on the bus and transferring, taking over from the other driver and a man, who was probably drunk and on drugs tried to barge past me to get on the bus, I said your going to have to pay and got into an argument with him and one thing led to another and he ended up biting me on the chest.
I have had to go to A&E in hospital to get stitches, get my bloods done and get injections and I have been signed off work for 4 weeks with stress and anxiety, how much compensation could I be entitled to?
