| Hello I came on here because I am wondering if I can make a claim for compensation, I slipped on a wet floor in a shopping Centre and injured my back. There were no wet floor or warning or hazard signs and it looked like the floor had been mopped by the shopping centre cleaning staff. I was not in a particular shop, just in the hall ways of the prescient, near a discount clothing shop, who would I have to claim off of? I have been to doctor and hospital and am now taking pain relief, I have had to take a week off work and I have been told I have severe soft tissue damage. How much compensation can I claim? |
