Burnt on sunbed

Was on the sunbeds last week when I got burnt. I have been using sunbeds for years and never had a problem before. The burn didn’t start getting painful until a few days later, I spoke to the staff and they inspected it and said there was a broken bulb. What can I do now? I’m in so much pain I don’t know what to do.

Hi Intand. First we would recommend seeking medical advice for any burns if you havent done that already. If you are considering making a claim against the tanning salon you would be able to against their public liability insurance.
