Checking to see if I can claim for personal injuries without taking my BF to court. I have suffered broken femur and fractured arm and elbow in a motorbike accident on my boyfriends bike, I am guessing he is liable as it was him who lost control of the bike.
He was driving the motorbike off the road and into a out door public car park, i was pillion, seated behind the driver when the bike slipped on loose gravel as we were coming down a dangerously steep hill, he lost control of the bike and went sliding down at speed, he was ok but I severely broke my leg and had to go to hospital for medical attention, the doctors told me I had snapped my femur leg bone and I was lucky not to die from internal bleeding and I had hair line fractures to my radius and ulna. I was unable to work for a couple of months and was in a wheelchair and on crutches.
The bike was a total write off and I don't have the insurance details or registration plate number.
I would just like to claim compensation for my injuries and loss of earnings due to public liability, as the hill in the car park was a hazard for any vehicle?
If i claim through LegalExpert.co.uk is it no win no fee?
